Day 1: Chandigarh to Haridwar (Approx. 210 km / 5-6 hrs)

Begin your spiritual journey from Chandigarh and drive to Haridwar. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and in the evening, witness the divine Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (Approx. 180 km / 7-8 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed towards Barkot, a peaceful town near Yamunotri. En route, you’ll pass through Mussoorie and Kempty Falls. On reaching Barkot, check-in and relax. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 3: Barkot to Yamunotri and back (Drive + 6 km trek each side)

Drive from Barkot to Janki Chatti (approx. 40 km), then trek 6 km to reach Yamunotri Temple, the origin of River Yamuna. After darshan and rituals, return to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (Approx. 100 km / 4-5 hrs)

Post breakfast, head towards Uttarkashi, a serene town on the banks of Bhagirathi River. Visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the evening. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back (Approx. 100 km each way)

Early morning drive to Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga, located in the lap of the Himalayas. After darshan and holy dip in the Ganges, return to Uttarkashi by evening. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (Approx. 200 km / 8-9 hrs)

Today, travel to Guptkashi, a sacred town near Kedarnath. On the way, witness the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Check-in to your hotel on arrival. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 7: Guptkashi to Kedarnath (Drive + 16 km trek)

Drive to Sonprayag and then to Gaurikund, the base of the trek to Kedarnath. Begin the 16 km trek or hire a pony/palki to reach the holy Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Overnight stay in Kedarnath (basic accommodation).

Day 8: Kedarnath to Guptkashi (Trek back + drive)

After morning darshan at Kedarnath, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi. Relax and recover from the journey. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath (Approx. 200 km / 8 hrs)

Drive through scenic mountain roads via Joshimath to reach Badrinath, the last dham. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Attend evening aarti. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 10: Badrinath to Rudraprayag (Approx. 160 km / 6-7 hrs)

After morning darshan and visit to Mana village (India’s last village), begin your return journey. Drive to Rudraprayag, where Alaknanda meets Mandakini. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

Day 11: Rudraprayag to Rishikesh (Approx. 140 km / 5-6 hrs)

Continue your journey to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world. Visit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and attend the evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 12: Rishikesh to Chandigarh (Approx. 230 km / 6-7 hrs)

After breakfast, drive back to Chandigarh with divine memories of your Char Dham Yatra.
